High level professionals perform dental therapy at our clinic. Our specialists regularly improve their knowledge at leading symposia and postgraduate training programmes worldwide. A considerable proportion of our dental therapy specialists lecture at Rīga Stradiņš University, thus ensuring the high level of practical and theoretical knowledge of the physicians of our clinic. We choose the most progressive and sustainable solutions of traditional and digital dental therapy in our practice to provide you with maximum comfort and top-class results.

Daily care for your oral hygiene, professional oral hygiene and regular check-ups by the dental therapist form the basis for the preservation of your oral health. However, even when performing the aforementioned actions appropriately, the preservation of the health of our teeth and oral mucosa may require the help of a dental therapist due to different internal and external factors. All types of dental therapy services, as well as the services of an oral mucosa disease specialist are available at our clinic.

BASIC PRINCIPLES OF DENTAL HEALTH PRESERVATION

Brush your teeth with a toothbrush at least twice per day, spending at least 2 minutes on brushing every time.

Use a “soft” or “medium” toothbrush.

The toothpaste must contain fluorine (use special children's toothpastes for children).

Floss your teeth at least once per day to clean spaces between the teeth.

Review your food habits, use food that does not contain excessive amounts of sugar.

Visit a dental hygienist at least once per year. The dental hygienist at our clinic will perform a superficial inspection of your teeth.

Visit your dentist at least once per year to perform a complete check-up of your oral cavity.

COMPLETE EXAMINATION OF ORAL CAVITY (CHECK-UP)

It is recommended to perform a complete check-up of the oral cavity at least once per year.

When performing this check-up, your dentist will:

  • Discuss potential complaints and desires with you;
  • Perform a visual inspection of your teeth;
  • If required, take X-Ray images;
  • Discuss and draw up a therapy plan, if such is required, in accordance with the medical situation and the desires voiced by you.

Remember, that regular oral cavity prevention is the best dentistry!
