Full-arch restoration with a fixed “All on X” solution is a modern and effective dental treatment that allows complete rehabilitation of the dental arch using a fixed prosthesis supported by dental implants.

The “X” refers to the number of implants supporting the new restoration (for example, All on 4, All on 6, etc.), which is determined individually based on the patient’s jawbone volume, anatomy, and functional needs.

This method is particularly suitable for patients who have lost all teeth or whose teeth are severely damaged and cannot be restored using conventional methods.

The “All on X” technique enables rapid restoration of both chewing function and a natural, aesthetically pleasing smile

Why choose “All on X” concept:

  • Fast results – in many cases, temporary teeth can be placed on the same day
  • Fewer implants required – compared to traditional methods
  • No bone grafting needed – in most cases, bone augmentation can be avoided
  • Fixed (non-removable) solution – provides comfort similar to natural teeth
  • Improved quality of life – a quick way to restore confidence and daily comfort

Digital diagnostics and planning
The procedure is carefully planned using advanced digital diagnostics and treatment planning technologies, ensuring precise implant placement and long-term results. After implant placement, a custom-made prosthesis is created, fully tailored to the patient’s anatomy and aesthetic expectations.

The “All on X” solution is a safe, proven, and long – term effective choice for full dental arch restoration.

How does the procedure work?

1.

Consultation
During the first visit, the dentist evaluates your oral health, jawbone condition, and overall suitability for the “All on X” treatment.
Digital scans are taken to plan the future position of your teeth and bite.

2.

Preparation and planning
During the second visit, advanced 3D imaging (CBCT) is performed to assess the bone structure and plan precise implant placement, and if necessary, trial tooth prototypes are used to evaluate the future shape, aesthetics, and bite.

3.

Implant placement and temporary teeth
During the third visit, dental implants are placed under local anesthesia or sedation, and in most cases, a fixed temporary prosthesis is attached on the same day, allowing you to leave the clinic with a new smile.

4.

Healing and final restoration
Over the next 4 – 5 months, the implants integrate with the bone. After healing, a permanent, custom – made prosthesis is placed, providing a natural look and full functionality.

During the healing period, it is recommended to consume softer foods to adapt to the new teeth and ensure smooth integration of the implants with the bone.
