{"id":1154,"date":"2025-01-27T20:11:12","date_gmt":"2025-01-27T18:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adenta.lv\/finanse-eiropas-savieniba\/"},"modified":"2025-02-22T10:42:47","modified_gmt":"2025-02-22T08:42:47","slug":"funded-by-the-european-union","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/adenta.lv\/en\/funded-by-the-european-union\/","title":{"rendered":"Funded by the European Union"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Under the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility program, the Adenta clinic has digitalized its patient and clinic interaction processes, ensuring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital patient registration for appointments using self-service kiosks;<\/li>\n<li>Ability for patients to make payments for services via self-service kiosks;<\/li>\n<li>Digital completion of consent forms, questionnaires, and surveys by patients;<\/li>\n<li>Digital signing and sending of invoices to patients via email;<\/li>\n<li>Digital signing of contracts intended for patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The implementation of the self-service and electronic document completion system has improved:<\/p>\n<p>1. Working conditions for clinic reception employees by significantly reducing the time required for routine procedures such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patient registration for appointments;<\/li>\n<li>Processing patient payments;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing necessary documents for patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Patient experience by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducing overall waiting times for registering for appointments and making payments for services received;<\/li>\n<li>Reducing waiting times in the clinic for scheduling future appointments;<\/li>\n<li>Minimizing waiting times for responses via phone or other digital communication methods;<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the time available for addressing non-standard issues for patients;<\/li>\n<li>Allocating more time for everyday, personalized communication with patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.
